The awarding of contracts for bulk purchases of water conservation kits by the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power is discussed. Water saving devices will be packaged in bulk quantities to make it easier for owners of large apartment complexes, condominiums, and townhomes to obtain their free water conservation devices.
