In a dispute involving contamination of groundwater by a company selling industrial solvents, the company argued that an injunction imposed on it would cause it substantial harm and had been issued by the trial court without consideration of its ability to pay the costs. The appeal court upheld the injunction, stating that the trial court had not abused its discretion in light of the emergency nature of the situation.
