Smith, vice‐president of the Lead Industries Association, Inc., New York, N.Y.; and Samuel Turkus, president of Bow Solder Products, Union, N.J. J. Edward Singley, vicepresident of James M. Montgomery Engineers, Gainesville, Fla., was moderator of the panel.
