John B. Murphy, writing in response to an article by Lackowitz and Petretti, “Improving Energy Efficiency Through Computer Modeling” (Journal AWWA October 1983), noted that the photographs used had no relevance to the subject matter of the article and were entirely misleading. The editors of the Journal agreed that the photographs had been supplied from sources other than the authors.
