Immigration from the states neighboring Nuevo Leon has contributed to an extremely high growth rate in the city of Monterrey. To meet the foreseeable demand for water, the Monterrey Water Supply and Sewerage Company has instituted several innovative and forward‐looking measures to provide adequate capital for system expansion.
