Several agencies exist within the federal government for the express purpose of providing funds for either aiding or regenerating communities. Three of these organizations—Community Resources Development Admin. of the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development, Farmers Home Admin. of the Dept. of Agriculture, and Economic Development Admin. of the Dept. of Commerce—are represented by the authors of this joint discussion, which was presented at the Annual Conference on Jun. 25, 1970. The authors acquaint us with the operations of their organizations, thus enabling the reader to be in a better position to share in the monies available.
