The possibility of exporting water from the lower Mississippi River to Texas and New Mexico is increasing with the decrease in ground water resources available to these states. Harry P. Burleigh, John T. Pegg, Calvin T. Watts, and Jack W. Fickessen examine this possibility in a joint discussion given on May 20, 1969, at the Annual Conference, San Diego.
