Municipal suppliers often sell processed water to suburban communities around the central city, and thus become metropolitan suppliers. Managerial, distribution, and fiscal arrangements for such mother‐daughter agreements are examined in this joint discussion presented on May 19, 1969, at the Annual Conference, San Diego, by Aldo J.
