This article discusses the managerial qualities a good manager should have. The two most important requirements for managers are the ability to work with people and the ability to look at his company as a unified picture, rather than as a series of separate events. No particular profession has an inside track on management. The individual, as he gathers managerial qualities, is the one who determines whether he will become a good manager.
