This article summarizes a review by the American Bar Association of developments in water utility law, 1962‐1963. Developments are discussed under the following topics: definition of a water utility; procedural due process rights; fair value; rate of return; expenses; rates; service and service rules; corporate problems; mutual water companies; encroachment; condemnation; jurisdiction over municipal utilities; and, municipal utility problems.
