This article announces that the suggested methods for determining selenium in water, which were prepared by the Subcommittee on Selenium of AWWA Committee 8930 P‐Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater, and reported in the June 1962 edition of the JOURNAL, were duly submitted to the Joint Editorial Board and have been adopted by that body as “Tentative” methods to be included in the Twelfth Edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater, effective March 1, 1963.
