Long‐Term Financing and Debt Management Joint Discussion

The topics presented in this joint discussion include: Planning and Marketing Bonds, in which Everett S. Crowe discusses the legal limitations of the city's power to borrow the money for the job; Debt Administration, in which W.E. Tinsley discusses three of the most important rules of the administration of utility debt; and, Financing Provisions of the Housing and Redevelopment Act, 1961, in which James R.
