The purpose of this report is to provide descriptions of available concrete pressure pipe and suggestions for installation based on experience in various parts of the United States. The report includes the procedures used in layout, transportation, trenching, installation, backfilling, special construction, field testing, sterilization, and making taps and connections. It is not intended to provide standards or specifications for the design, manufacture, or installation of concrete pressure pipe.
