This article presents the Probe Preserver, a cap that protects probes from drying out because the preserver's tight seal around the electrode prevents evaporation of the fluid and eliminates spills. To use, fill an infant formula bottle with the appropriate solution and close with nipple and cap. Place the Probe Preserver on the electrode holder stand and insert the probe into the cut hole in the nipple. The Probe Preserver is liquid tight, thus eliminating any spills.
