This article describes the Green Bay Water Utility's response to ensuring that the Milwaukee Cryptosporidium crisis would not happen in Green Bay, Wisconsin. It was decided to evaluate the efficiency of existing treatment processes and to explore system enhancements that might be appropriate to protect the utility's customers.
