This article describes how, after years of living with illnesses associated with an inadequate water supply system, a small Ojibwa First Nation took charge of its own fate by pinpointing the problem and teaming with others to achieve a sophisticated water treatment solution. They then went on to create a company to provide sales and service of, and training for, advanced membrane systems to other First Nations.
