We were pleased with the overall results of our ongoing campaign to communicate good news. Instead of using survival tactics to defend ourselves against the media, we used principles of publicity seeking, attracting media attention to our monitoring results. Because of our new communications plan, we have established and strengthened our media relationships which, as we have learned, can only help us during times of crisis.
