In many cases, it is necessary to dechlorinate water discharged after disinfection operations in order to protect the environment and be in compliance with federal and state regulations. The self‐contained, portable dechlorination trailer described in this article can be put into service in a moment's notice and can accomplish both goals efficiently and safely.
