The Association of Boards of Certification (ABC), with a US Environmental Protection Agency Office of Drinking Water grant, is developing a computerized version of the Very Small Water System operator certification exam. The goal is to develop a computerized system for administering operator certification exams. Operators would take the test using their personal computer; this would save operators the trouble and expense of traveling to a central location to take the test.
