After many years, curb boxes often become corroded and stuck. This gimmick makes raising and lowering curb boxes easier by giving you leverage from above; you don't have to dig a big hole to pry the curb box out. An added benefit is that the device can be easily modified to poke holes in the ground for signs and other small diameter poles. Construction materials and costs are presented.
