This invention is an inexpensive backup for sounding out questionable leaks from the curb stop to the meter setting. The device consists of a tire pump, a brass tee, a truck tire valve stem, a pressure gauge, a brass nipple, brass bushing, and bushing. A diagram of the device is presented and the procedure for its use is described.
