Since the health of the customer can be affected by poor quality water, the supplier should consider water quality complaints to be extremely important. This article urges suppliers to fully investigate customer complaints and to conduct such investigations speedily and politely. Accompanying this article is a list of general guidelines to help water treatment personnel deal with customers who have complaints.
