Procedures for setting up a training plan for dealing with chlorine emergencies are outlined. AWWA offers various training aids such as films and transparencies which will help prepare personnel for emergency situations. Training is very important and should be an on‐going process to inform personnel of new procedures and to train new employees in the correct methods of handling chlorine emergencies.
