Luigi Boscolo, psychiatrist and analyst, is one of the original Milan Associates whose practice, teaching and writing have had such a profound effect on the field of family therapy. Co‐author of several important and innovative papers, of Paradox and Counterparadox and of Milan Systemic Family Therapy: Conversations in Theory and Practice, he is co‐founder of Centro Milanese di Terapia della Famiglia. This interview was made very late one evening during his second visit to Australia, in July 1988 .
