The ability to achieve seamless integration of ferromagnet with semiconductor in one circuit/chip has been a long pursue. Driven by miniaturization in novel device, two‐dimensional (2D) van de Waals ferromagnetic semiconductors (FMSs) stimulate particular interest in the coupling and dependently control of electron charge and spin in 2D limit. These ultrathin FMSs and their van de Waals heterostructures enable the unique possibilities in new physics and advanced applications, which will broaden the research scope and expedite the emergence of new technologies.
