Methallylphenyl sulfide 2 undergoes trimetalation on treatment with n‐butyllithium and TMEDA. The trilithiated product gives with chlorotrimethylsilane the trisilyl derivative 3 . A similar reaction of the tertiary amine 4 leads to a mixture of the trisilyl 7 and two disilyl derivatives 5 and 6 .
