With a number of illustrations from the asymmetric reactions conducted in chiral hydrophobic binding sites provided by chiral micelles, cyclodextrins and non‐enzyme globular proteins, this research account presents a cross section of recent biomimetic research related to stereospecificity in enzyme reactions.
