In recent studies in this laboratory, the amperometric method has been applied for the successive determination of cerium and iron [1] and a number of other elements in their binary mixtures [2–3]. In the present investigation this method has been extended for the estimation of mixtures of cerium and vanadium or cerium and molybdenum, using ascorbic acid as titration reagent.
