Abstract An autochthonous in vitro assay of cytotoxic cellular immunity against neuro‐blastoma cells was used to measure the specific blocking activity of serum from three children with untreated neuroblastoma. The blocking sera were fractionated into four IgG subclasses and blocking activity was found to be associated with IgG 1 and IgG 3 , with lesser activity in IgG 4 proteins.
