As I read the Manzes' (1991b) basic article, Campbell's (1991) response to it, and the Manzes' (1991a) reaction to that, the question that kept haunting my mind was “What would it be like to live in an organization that put these ideas into operation?” So I started daydreaming, and 1 would like to share my fantasy with you.
