Polyradiculopathy complicating acute lymphoblastic leukemia

A patient who presented with a symmetrical polyradiculopathy 6 months before the onset of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is described. This case shows that bone marrow aspiration should be considered in such presentations when no other cause has been identified, even if the CSF is not initially diagnostic and the full blood count appears normal.
