A phytochemical investigation of the BuOH‐soluble fraction of the EtOH extract from the stems of Glycosmis pentaphylla resulted in the isolation of three new phenolic glycosides, glycopentosides D–F ( 1 – 3 , resp.). Their structures were determined by using spectroscopic analysis including UV, 1 H‐ and 13 C‐NMR, DEPT, COSY, ROESY, HMBC, HSQC, HR‐ESI‐MS, and acid hydrolysis.
