Seven new cyclohexadepsipeptides, beauvenniatins F, G 1 , G 2 , G 3 , H 1 , H 2 , and H 3 ( 1 – 7 , resp.), were isolated from cultures of the fungus Acremonium sp. BCC 2629. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses. The absolute configurations were addressed by HPLC analyses of their acid hydrolysates. Their biological activities were evaluated against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra and Plasmodium falciparum K1; the respective MIC and IC 50 values were in the micromolar range.
