Two new heterobimetallic phenoxide Ln III –Li complexes of formula [Ln( μ 2 ‐OPh) 6 {Li(dme)} 3 ] (Ln=Sm, Eu) have been synthesized and characterized using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. These two compounds are isostructural.
