Abstract Six prenylated phenols, sabphenols A and B ( 1 and 2 , resp.), and sabphenosides A–D ( 3 – 6 , resp.), along with eight known constituents, were isolated from the rhizomes of Sabia japonica Max . Their structures were established on the basis of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectral analysis.
