Three new dimeric diterpenes, tagalsin L ( 1 ), tagalsin M ( 2 ), and tagalsin N ( 3 ) were isolated from the roots of the mangrove plant Ceriops tagal. Their structures and relative configurations were elucidated by means of extensive IR, NMR, and MS analyses.
