Identifizierung von 2‐Acetamido‐2‐desoxy‐α‐ D ‐glucopyranosyl‐1‐phosphat in Kuhmilch als Wachstumsfaktor für Treponema vincentii

Identification of 2‐Acetamido‐2‐deoxy‐α‐ D ‐glucopyranosyl 1‐Phosphate in Cow‐Milk as Growth Factor for Treponema vincentii A 7:3 mixture of 2‐acetamido‐2‐deoxy‐α‐ D ‐glucopyranosyl and ‐α‐ D ‐galactopyranosyl 1‐phosphate ( 1 and 2 , resp.) was isolated from cow‐milk and identified by 1 H‐ and 13 C‐NMR spectroscopy. The 2‐acetamido‐2‐deoxy‐α‐ D ‐glucopyranosyl 1‐phosphate is a growth factor for Treponema vincentii .
