Kinetics of Cyclization of 2‐Hydroxybenzanilides to Benzoxazoles The reaction rates of cyclization of 2‐hydroxybenzanilides to benzoxazoles have been measured in N ‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone at different temperatures. The reactions follow second‐order kinetics.
