Veronicoside, a new iridoid glucoside from Veronica officinalis L. ( Scrophulariaceae ) A new iridoid glucoside, Veronicoside ( 1 ) has been isolated from Veronica officinalis L. The structure of 1 has been determined by chromatographic and spectroscopic analysis as 6‐benzoylcatalpol.
