The radical (ΦNH) 2 P· is trapped by annealing at 100°C an X‐irradiated single crystal of NN diphenyl phosphondiamide and has been studied by electron spin resonance. The isotropic and anisotropic 31 P coupling constants are discussed. The principal values and direction cosines of the g tensor are also given.
