The crystal and molecular structure of bis(tribenzyl‐titanium(IV))‐μ‐oxo, [(PhCH 2 ) 3 ‐Ti] 2 O, has been determined from analysis of X‐ray photographic data. The crystal system is rhombohedral, a = 9.58(2) Å, α = 83.6(2)°, space group R 3 , Z = 1.
