In the reaction of cyclohexylmonothiophosphonic anhydride, [C 6 H 11 P(S)O] 3 , with dimethylcyanamide not the expected 2 H ‐1,3,5,2‐P v ‐thiadiazaphosphorin‐2‐oxide derivative is formed, but the corresponding thione derivative, the title compound, is obtained.
