Sarverogenin is most probably a 3β, 11β, 14β‐trihydroxy‐7, 8β‐epoxy‐12‐oxo‐5β‐card‐(20:22)‐enolide ( 3 ). This follows from IR., NMR., and mass spectra together with former chemical results.
