Two new mold metabolites, Brefeldin A (C 16 H 24 O 4 ) and Brefeldin B (C 15 H 22 0 5 ), have been isolated from the fermentation broth of a strain of Pefiicillium brefeldiawm D ODGE . Their chemical, physical and biological properties have been described.
