Irradiation of ethanolic solutions of the 20‐keto‐pregnane derivatives I, XIII and XX leads to the formation of their respective stereoisomeric 20‐hydroxy‐18,20‐cyclo‐pregnane compounds, whose structures and configurations have been fully determined. Known fragmentation reactions are simultaneously observed.
