The polarographic half wave potentials and diffusion currents of 1‐acetyl‐azulene, 1‐methyl‐3‐acetyl‐azulene, 2‐methyl‐1‐acetyl‐azulene, 3‐acetyl‐guayazulene, 3‐benzoyl‐guayazulene, 1,3‐diacetyl‐azulene and 2‐methyl‐l,3‐diacetyl‐azulene have been determined as a function of the apparent pH of the supporting electrolyte.
