In solutions containing ethylenediamine „en”, and Silver(I), the complexes: AgHen +2 , Ag(en) + , Ag 2 (en) +2 Ag(en) +2 and, surprisingly, Ag 2 (en) 2 +2 are formed. The stability constants of these complexes have been evaluated. The existence of the dimeric form of Ag(en) + , probably a 10‐membered ring compound, has been prooved also with cryoscopic measurements, using the cristalline sulfate: [Ag 2 en 2 ]SO 4 .
