Congenital vascular ring anomalies frequently present to the pediatric otolaryngologist with symptoms oftracheoesophageal compression. One such case is reported and the literature reviewed. The role of the otolaryngologist in the diagnosis and management of congenital vascular ring anomalies is discussed.
