Background Warthin tumor is the second most common benign salivary gland neoplasm after pleomorphic adenoma. Warthin tumors occur almost exclusively in the parotid gland and periparotid lymph nodes, extraparotid localization is rare. Methods and Results We describe a case of a patient presenting with a synchronous unilateral parotid gland and nasopharyngeal Warthin tumor. Conclusion We propose that, although this occurrence of a synchronous parotid gland and nasopharyngeal Warthin tumor may be coincidental, it is more likely to be an effect of a systemic factor. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
