COVER ILLUSTRATION An image‐based volume‐conduction model from an individual patient is shown. In the model, the head is segmented into 12 tissueclassified regions. Knowledge of the locations and electrical properties of the regions was used to construct the volume‐conduction model. Leads of the deep‐brain stimulator were represented as surfaces within the volume‐conduction model to determine the axonal pathways stimulated. See Howell et al. “Quantifying the axonal pathways directly stimulated in therapeutic subcallosal cingulate deep brain stimulation”, in this issue.
